Founder David L. Parker, CDP®, CADDCT® is a third-generation senior care professional with hands-on leadership experience across assisted living and memory care environments.
From managing large assisted-living communities to supporting smaller residential care settings, David has seen firsthand the challenges facilities face — from staffing and training gaps to compliance pressures and the complexities of dementia care.
His journey in senior care was shaped by family. His grandmother, Azzie Lee Parker, laid the foundation with a small board and care home, and his father, Cal Thomas Parker, expanded that vision into a respected assisted living operation known for its strength in memory care and behavioral support.
Today, that legacy continues through De La Sol, combining real-world experience, systems-driven thinking, and a human-centered approach to care.
